WVTV Digital Screen Guidelines

The WVTV digital signage has two changing sections, the section on the left is for slides to promote upcoming events and administration notices. The calendar section on the right shows a schedule of events and activities and is automatically pulled from the resident website. 

For your event to be listed correctly in the calendar section, the event listing on the resident website needs to be entered by the content manager for that activity.

WVTV Slide Guidelines

The slides are created for you. Send your text, with a photo if you have one, and the sponsor/contact information to fridaynotice@willametteview.org 

  • Text: No more than 30 words (minus sponsor information)
  • Photos: Minimum size of 600 pixels x 800 pixels as a .jpg or .png
  • Do not send images that contain text
  • Do not send PDFs
  • Content will run for one week prior to the event unless otherwise approved by administration in advance
  • Content may take up to 3 days from receipt to be posted to the screens
  • Recurring activities are not generally posted; recurring activities must have changing theme/topic/content for graphic slides to be posted. Examples of items with changing content: movies, armchair travel, DIG presentation, etc
